Our take
I was curious about this old Waring FP510. It's clearly a vintage unit, and the fact that it's tested and working gives some confidence. The build is all business – simple switch, solid motor. Chopping and pureeing are effective, but it lacks modern safety features and has limited versatility (just a chopper). The $100 price is a bit steep for a used machine without extra discs. If you're a collector or want a basic backup, it's okay. But for daily use, you'll miss shredding and slicing capabilities.
